Elsewhere in Europe it is free from that point too — below it, bags are the better route. Outside Europe we collect from €15,000 in closet sale value. You don’t have to be there.

Benelux, under 100 pieces and you'd still rather we came? We can, for a one-off €50 taken off what the closet earns — never paid upfront, never out of your own pocket. Elsewhere in Europe, below 100 pieces or €5,000 in closet sale value, a collection costs €150 off your first payout, so bags are usually the better answer. Outside Europe we collect from €15,000 in closet sale value.

What we shoot for Ballers Market is on us. Your own version — photo, video, or both, unbranded and yours to post — is agreed per closet, with the format and the price settled before we come.

We book the courier about a week ahead, so please pick a window at least two weeks from now — or leave it open and we'll agree a time once we've spoken.

The courier ticket is booked about a week ahead, so tell Linne on WhatsApp as soon as anything changes — a late change can cost the ticket. One bag holds around 10 to 15 adult pieces.

Do I have to be there?

No. Leave the bags by the door, or with a neighbour or the concierge — tell us where in the box above. We photograph everything we take and email you the list the same day.

What if I have more than I said?

The courier takes it anyway. The number of bags only tells us which van to send.

When do my pieces go live?

Four weeks from the day we collect, or within a week with priority handling at €9.95.
